Refund policy

At JTW Astronomy, we take pride in the quality and performance of our products and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. We therefore offer one of the most customer-friendly returns policies in the astronomy market.

All standard telescope mounts are supplied with a 30-day, no-questions-asked return period for a full refund. This period may be extended in the event of poor weather conditions that prevent proper evaluation of the equipment. All new products include a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Please note that custom-made hardware, including but not limited to bespoke adapters, is non-returnable.

For mounts built to order, orders become non-cancellable once production has commenced. In exceptional circumstances, JTW Astronomy may, at its sole discretion, assist the customer by handling cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. Where possible, we may offer support in reselling the mount on behalf of the customer. Any refunds relating to such orders remain entirely at the discretion of JTW Astronomy.
